What's the difference between Marketplace and Operations?

Marketplace gives you access to our guide discovery network with escrow payments. Operations is for companies who already have their own guides — no marketplace fees, just team management tools.

Why do Operations plans have 0% commission?

Operations plans don't use escrow — you pay your guides directly through your own payroll. There's no payment intermediary, so no commission.

Can I switch between Marketplace and Operations?

Yes! Contact our team to switch your product line. Enterprise plans can even combine both — use marketplace when you need extra guides and operations for your internal team.

What happens when I reach my tour limit?

You'll see an upgrade prompt. Upgrade to a higher plan anytime to increase your limits. Existing tours continue running normally.
